Will my photos be cropped?
Yes. We format every photo to fit the card shape.
If your photo is portrait, cropping is usually minimal. If it’s landscape, we may need to crop more to make it fit properly.
What if my photos are low quality?
We optimize every image before printing (lighting, color, and clarity) to get the best possible result.
That said, extremely blurry or very dark photos will still look soft in print—we can enhance, but we can’t perform miracles.
Do the cards include text?
Depends on each product, It will be clearly stated in the product description and shown in the product images.
Can I reorder the same set?
Yes. You can reorder the same set anytime.
You can also order multiple sets by increasing the quantity on the product page, and you’re free to place separate orders over time if it is easier.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are custom and made to order.
- We typically send orders to production on Tuesdays and dispatch shipments on Saturdays (UTC+3).
- Preparation time 1-2 days
Shipping times:
- Standard shipping: usually 1–2 weeks
- Express shipping: usually 4–7 days
What do you do with the money?
We use the money from orders to help street cats—mainly vet visits and food.
This project exists to support as many cats as possible, improving their lives and, when needed, helping remove them from dangerous situations. We also accept donations.
