Shipping Policy
Made-to-order production
All of our products are custom-made to order. After you place your order and upload your photos, we prepare your files and send them to production.
Production schedule (UTC+3):
- Orders are typically sent to production on Tuesdays
- Orders are typically dispatched/shipped on Saturdays
Because every order requires preparation, some orders may be moved to the next production batch.
Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide. Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time = production + shipping.
After dispatch:
- Standard shipping: usually 1–2 weeks (varies by country and local courier)
- Express shipping: usually 4–7 days (varies by location)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to peak seasons, weather, carrier disruptions, or local delivery conditions.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Customs, duties & taxes
In most cases, orders arrive without any extra customs fees.
However, customs policies vary by country and, rarely, additional checks or charges may occur. If a customs issue comes up, we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t control customs decisions.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we may not be able to update the address.
Undeliverable packages / returned to sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, contact us with:
- your order number
- photos (for damage)
- your shipping details
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & returns
Because these are customized products made from your photos, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production begins.
If there’s a problem with your order (e.g., printing defect, damage on arrival), please contact us and we’ll make it right.
