How to install on iPhone (iOS) — Step-by-step (Shortcuts)
iOS requires creating a shortcut for each app you want to customize:
- Open Shortcuts → tap + (New Shortcut)
- Tap Add Action → search Open App → choose the app
- Tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen
- Tap the icon preview → Choose Photo → select your PNG icon
- Name it → tap Add
- Repeat for other apps
Tip (clean look): move the original apps into a folder so you only see the new icons.
How to install on Android — Step-by-step
Android icon changes depend on your launcher (many phones support this by default):
- Long-press the app icon on your home screen
- Tap Edit (or the pencil icon)
- Tap the icon → choose Gallery / Photos
- Select your PNG icon → Done / Save
